God keeps His promises.

Our kids yesterday morning turned to Revelation 7. There we learned that the Lamb is Christ, who sits on the throne and has made the robes white by his blood (Revelation 7:14). The blood of the Lamb is the blood of Jesus shed upon the cross for the forgiveness of the sins of all his people. The multitude worships the Lamb in heaven, and he continues to be their shepherd, guiding them to springs of living water. We even had multiple languages read to the kids to demonstrate God's people are from all different types of backgrounds and nations. In John 4:10 Jesus said to the woman at the well, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you, ‘Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.” Thanks to Jesus, fullness is offered to those who repent and come to Him!

This week everyone should be on Week 78 (page 544) in the "Old Story New" devotional book. This is the last week of this devotional! Next week we will go back to the gospels as Jesus makes His way to the cross to then raise from the dead. We will use the same curriculum and family devotional book to help you lead your child(ren) towards Easter. This will start next Sunday, so for now focus on Week 78 in the Old Story New devotional book.

This month's memory verse to be quoted April 2nd is Romans 5:5-6. Enjoy the rest of your week!
